Agentic business systems
Agents that hold a function and run it — answering customers, publishing campaigns, reconciling numbers, deciding what gets built next. They take the work, do it, check each other, and escalate only what genuinely needs a person.
The software they work through
Agents need somewhere to act: a control plane, a dashboard, an intake form, a customer-facing product. We build those too, so the system is one thing rather than a bot bolted to somebody else’s SaaS.
The guardrails that make it safe
The hard part is not getting an agent to act. It is trusting what it did. Every change is reviewed by a second model before it ships, and a separate auditor checks each agent’s claims against reality — the ledger, the repository, the live site — because agents will tell you a job is done.
The agents
These are live, on schedules, working on this business today. The same roles are what we build for yours.
Customer support
Acknowledges every message in seconds, classifies it, and fixes what it can on its own — a paid order missing its unlock is resolved end to end. What it cannot fix, it routes with the context attached, then emails the customer when the work is actually done.
Marketing
Runs the publishing pipeline — builds the posts, renders the images, schedules them, keeps a watchlist of what competitors are doing, and reports what landed.
Strategy
Nightly, reads across every revenue line and decides where effort should go. It does not stop at advice: it files the work into the owning team’s queue the same night, or does it itself, and ends its report with the short list of decisions only a person can make.
Engineering
Builders that write and ship the work, supervisors that delegate and review it, and fixers that watch the systems and repair what breaks — reversibly, on a schedule, overnight.
Operations & audit
An orchestrator that holds the whole list, budgets the week, sweeps every night and writes the morning report — plus a deterministic auditor that checks what every other agent claims against what is actually true.
