Stage positions are approximate — the official map is the authority.
Walking speed & changeover
Walks between stages are routed along the park's real paths (3 to 11 minutes at a festival-crowd pace). Change the pace if you stop for a drink, a bathroom queue, or you just move slower in a crowd.
The head start is how early you want to be at the stage for a close-up pick — tap the ★ on any band to mark it. Changeover is when the crowd thins, so getting there early is how you get near the front. Each starred band can override this default in the itinerary.
